1. Introduction
xtenalyze ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile apps (Numble, KidSpeak and FloorPad) or visit our website.
Each app works differently, so Section 3 summarises them side by side and Sections 5 to 7 describe each one in detail. Where an app section differs from the general practices in this policy, the app section takes priority.
2. Our Apps
- Numble: a daily maths puzzle app for Android.
- KidSpeak: a speech and flashcard learning app for children, for Android.
- FloorPad: an app for sketching floor plans, adding photos and producing PDF reports, for Android.
xtenalyze also publishes web platforms and online courses. Those are described on their own sites and are covered by the privacy information published there, not by this policy.

4. Information We Collect
- Website: If you contact us through our website, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you provide. Our website also records technical data such as browser type, IP address and pages visited, and uses cookies to improve your experience.
- Apps: We do not ask you to create an account in any of our apps, and we do not run our own servers that receive your app data. What each app stores and what third parties may collect is set out in Sections 5 to 7.
5. Numble
- What it stores: Your settings and puzzle progress, kept on your device.
- Advertising: Numble shows rewarded video ads through Google AdMob when you choose to watch one, for example to earn a reward. AdMob, operated by Google, may collect and use your device's advertising identifier, IP address and other technical data to serve and measure ads, and may share this data with Google as an independent third party under Google's Partner Sites policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your Android settings under Google, then Ads.
- Permissions: Internet and network state (to load ads), and vibration (for feedback in the game).
- Audience: Numble is a general-audience app and is not directed at children.
6. KidSpeak
- What it stores: Your settings and learning progress, kept on your device.
- Speech: KidSpeak uses your device's built-in text-to-speech to say words aloud. It does not record audio and does not ask for microphone access.
- No advertising or analytics: KidSpeak contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking services.
- Purchases: Purchases are made through Google Play Billing (see Section 8).
- Children: KidSpeak is directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what the app needs to work.
7. FloorPad
FloorPad is built to keep your work on your device.
- What it holds: The plans, measurements and notes you create, any property address or postcode you type, and the photos you take. All of this is stored on your device. FloorPad has no accounts, and xtenalyze does not receive or store your surveys, addresses or photos.
- No tracking: FloorPad contains no analytics, no crash-reporting service and no advertising.
- Camera: FloorPad asks for permission to use the camera and uses it only when you choose to add a photo. Photos taken in FloorPad are also saved by your device to its photo gallery, so other apps that you allow to see your photos, and any photo backup you have turned on (for example Google Photos), may hold copies. You can delete those copies from your gallery.
- Reports: PDF reports are created on your device. You choose where each report goes through the Android share sheet. A report can contain an address and photos, so share it carefully. Once you share a report, the recipient's handling of it is outside our control.
- Internet use: FloorPad uses the internet only to complete and confirm purchases through Google Play.
- Purchases: The first report on each installation is free. Each further report is a separate purchase through Google Play Billing (see Section 8).
- Who it is for: FloorPad is aimed at property professionals and is not directed at children.
8. Purchases Through Google Play
KidSpeak and FloorPad offer purchases processed through Google Play Billing. Payment details are collected and processed directly by Google Play, not by xtenalyze; we receive confirmation of purchase status only. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for how Google Play handles payment information.
9. Children's Privacy
KidSpeak is directed at children. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is necessary for the app to function, and KidSpeak contains no advertising. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information through our website or by contacting us should use the details in Section 15 to request its review or deletion.

11. Data Security and Retention
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure. For data kept on your device, its security also depends on your device, so we recommend a screen lock and keeping your device up to date.
We keep personal information we hold about you only for as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy or as the law requires. Data stored only on your device is kept until you delete it or uninstall the app. If Android backup is turned on for your device, app data may be included in your Google account backup, under Google's terms and your device settings. You can ask us to delete information we hold using the details in Section 15.
12. Third-Party Services
Our apps are distributed and, where relevant, paid for through Google Play. Numble also uses Google AdMob, as described in Section 5. Our website may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies before providing any personal information.
13. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
